Data Transfer from one card to another

Hi to all..i have Lumia 625 with 16 gb sd card with lots of games and apps..want to swap 16 gb with 32 gb card..so I just want to know that is that possible to transfer all my stuff from 16 gb to 32 gb without loosing aap an game..if possible then how?

Yep! , Only thing which you can do is,move apps from 16gb card to internal then remove card, insert 32gb and move apps from internal to 32gb card
Repeat this Again and again .

Not for apps and games. Music, pictures etc you can copy via computer.
But apps and games not.
The copying goes faster if you get the 16 gb out your phone and use the cardreader in your phone.

What brand and class are your SD cards.
