Dead cells and poor performance! Any fix?

Hello guys...

I have the Dead Cells I downloaded from PC game pass, and some times runs smooth (Like 60 PS)
But then, the FPS drops a lot, performance is not stable.

Everything else runs well.

I have the Surface Pro6 i5+8GB+256 GB

Windows 10 fully updated

There is anything I can do? Like change settings in one Hiden file from the game?
