I don't see how everything is a xbox without this feature and without more PC games published in the xbox app. Until then, a ROG ally is a steam box and a xbox console a separate thing. I do regret buying a physical version of Like a Dragon Infinite wealth because I ended up finding that it is one of the few games that has this feature :-(

Try this: everything is an XBOX that can do GamePass cloud gaming.

Which is everything with an open browser or a native XBOX app.
Play anywhere helps but isn't essential.

After all android and iOS and whatever OS Samsung smartTVs run all can access game pass cloud games but run no PC games locally so Plays Anywhere is meaningless to them.
