Decent pen-input tablet?

After using a windows with pen capability and seeing OneNote performance... I can't live without Pen input anymore.., anyone knows a good RT tablet with Pen input? (maybe not surface, its hard to find in my country) cuz my VAIO Multiflip starts to feel inconvenient to bring everywhere...
