Decided to go back, now im having problems

Like the title says im having some issues. I had previously tried win 10 mobile but had to go back to win 8.1. Now I've decided to give it another go and i can't get onedrive to work at all. The app opens fine but it is not connected to any accounts and trying to login to one just crashes the app i had done both soft and hard resets and the problem persists also there is no option to uninstall. Oh also it worked fine the first time i tried the os.
