Decouple notifications/sounds?

Hi - I tried searching for this, but couldn't find anything. I like the Windows phone, but am struggling with the notifications and sounds. It seems to be all or nothing. I'm fine with phone calls and text messages being on vibrate, but I want meeting reminders to make a sound. Am I missing a setting that allows me to customize what type of reminder (sound, vibrate, etc...) can occur for each similiar to my previous devices that let you customize? Or, a way to manage vibrate and sound options (long, short, 1 time, 3 times, etc...) Is there a third-party app that does that? Thanks in advance for help.
