Degree of difficulty in replacing 928 screen??

Have had my 928 for just over a month and dropped it flat on it's face..........on the pavement mind you; shattered the glass. Has anyone replaced the screen assembly on theirs yet? Trying to decide to either replace the screen or transfer an upgrade to my line and get a new phone until the prices on the screen for the 928 come down.

Keep in mind that you won't have to remove most of what they're removing - this looks like a complete disassembly, not just screen.

I can't argue with that, really. If you didn't think to search online, you're probably not up to the task.
