delayed updated info on runkeeper

Does anybody know why it takes forever for a run to be displayed on the runkeeper site on your feed?

None of the partner apps supported by the band are instantly updated (in my experience). I suspect Runkeeper (or any other site) will blame Microsoft, or Fitbit, etc, etc. Will the hardware manufactures will blame Runkeeper, MyFitnessPal, etc.
