Deleted account on WP10 using data

I have a Lumia 640 running WP10 anniversary update, I notice that in data usage I have a couple "deleted accounts" using data, is this normal? it is generally around 6MB per account, not much but it is using up data.

Any ideas on what that is and how to delete them?

I can't answer this unfortunately, but if it makes you feel any better I have a "Deleted account" using data as well.
