• It further stated that the show would premier on Netflix in 2022.
• The post was removed shortly thereafter.

Earlier today, Netflix's NX Twitter account posted that a new Sonic the Hedgehog show would premiere on Netflix in 2022. The post stated that the show would be in 3D and tagged @WildBrainHQ as well as @ManOfActionEnt. However, it looks as though the news wasn't supposed to go live yet as the post was deleted only a little while later.
