Deleting photos on phone is also deleting from onedrive

Hi I am currently running the windows 10 preview build 10166 on my lumia 930. I need to clear off some photos but for some reason some photos just allow me to delete and others come up with a message saying that they will also be deleted from onedrive. I don't want them to delete from onedrive as well. I cannot figure out why some say this and some don't amd there appears limited settings to fiddle around with to check if im doing something wrong. Have I missed something somewhere?

Perhaps use the Files app to browse to the folder and delete if Photos app is removing from cloud too.

Thanks for that. That seems to be working ok. I needed the room for the new build. I've always deleted photos straight from the photos app before without trouble. Do you think it could just be a bug or are you aware of any settings that give permission for the photo app to delete from phone and OneDrive?
