Dell Inspiron 3521 laptop Battery detecting but Not Charging. how to solve this problem.

Check all the cables. If you remove the laptop from the battery, does the laptop charge file from the power socket? If so, the power cables would seem to be fine and the battery itself, most likely, may need to be replaced.
