Dell Venue 8 Pro and miracast

Has anyone used the miracast feature of the dell venue 8 pro? If so what product did you use to connect it to the tv or monitor?

It's advertised prominently, it should have worked from day 1, but it doesn't...

Question, I went to Rocketfish website and the update shown is Version 2.0. Is this the update you mentioned above.

Question 2, I assume you are using WP. The instructions say it needs Android version 4.*. Can you clarify that.

I just got my dell venue 8 pro yesterday. I tried miracast on my lg tv 55lm7600. It works flawlessly in full screen landscape mode. First it says tv is Microsoft non certified. I had to do little tweaks in regedit.exe. Resolution no problem at all. I even streamed youtube HD movies.

!What regedit tweak did you do to make your TV become Microsoft certified? My Samsung TV says non certified too!

Yes Version 2.0 is correct. I'm using the Dell Venue 8 Pro. My TV is a Vizio.
Works with Android and Windows 8.1.
