Denim update release dates

When Microsoft flicks the switch and - in case you're using a carrier variant - carriers do so too.

Or when you've decided that you've waited long enough and flashed to another variant that's already getting denim.

Don't want to flash my phone as I don't want to have to re-download all my personal data and I'm unsure what issues it may cause furture down the road. I'm on an unbranded phone as I brought outright so I just need to wait for Microsoft to flick the switch.

Flashing should only be an option if: You're impatient, have a carrier locked phone and that carrier delivers updates painfully slow (Verizon....), if you have a 930 or 1520 (because the update brings most goodies to those phones and lastly if you're not on dev preview... If you're one dev prev then you already have some of the goodies Denim would bring like folders on the start screen.. If you don't fall into any of the categories I just mentioned, I would advise you to wait patiently, because most phones will receive the update by the end of this month
