When will denim update come to India in nokia Lumia 1320?

We don't know. It arrives when it arrives. You can try contacting your carrier, sometimes they know the dates for when they release updates. But mostly they don't, or won't say...

When MS flips the switch ...just kidding !
Right now the update is rolling out to high end lumias( 830, 930, 1520) and as for low end lumia phones update has already rolled out in Q4 2k14.
So I think these models likely to get the update (920, 925, 1020, 1320) at the very end of roll out. This is just a speculation original scenario may differ.
