Denim update

I am unable to get denim update for my Lumia 520 in India

If you are on Preview for Developers program > enter the app > turn off participation.

Data Sense > SD card > remove card > power down and physically remove the card.

Use WiFi data only. The update is too large and is over the cellular download max limit.
