Desktop mail app won't downloaded my Outlook email

The W10 desktop mail app hasn't downloaded my outlook email for 20 days now. When I sync, it says "last updated 20 days ago. Does anyone know how to fix that?
It's the email associated with my Microsoft account and I changed my account password around then, so maybe that's related? I also can't add another account, and when I try I get error code 0x8007054e.

When I had an issue with the desktop mail app it was because I had more than 10 devices signed into my outlook account. Not sure if that will help you. Good Luck.
