Desktop PHOTO App Crashes, how can I fix this?

Desktop PHOTO App Crashes

WP Lumia 950 XL
WIN 10

To use IMPORT option on PHOTOS app trying to start PHOTOS on desktop but it shows up and immediately disappears/crashes. Any clue how to find remedy for this? Thanks a lot.:unhappysweat:

Have you tried Soft Reset?

Hold the Power button until the phone vibrates. (about 10 seconds)

If that doesn't solve it try a Factory Reset.

See where I got confused?

I don't use Photos on my Win 10 box. Stripped it out as it crawls all over the box too much and is nothing but a PITA. Jams a lot, yep. Starts lots of COMM Surrogates that won't resolve. Sorry I got nothing then.
