My HTC 8X is highly laggy and constantly crashes with the Dev Preview installed. I have had it installed since it was available for the 8X but in the past month it has become unbearable. Looks like I'm going to have to uninstall it and revert back to WP8.. although I'm not sure I can really downgrade and get rid of the mandatory features of 8.1 such as the notification centre with quick settings, quiet hours, the wordflow keyboard... (Cortana can go though.. she was the most over hyped feature ever and sucks in the UK... Plus she isn't Cortana because she doesn't have Jen Taylor's voice, but that's a different debate).
Very disappointed with HTC and their lack of updates for this phone.
