Developer App request

I think it'd be a great idea for us to have a centralized location where we can ask devs for apps which deal in utilities or any other apps that may just be useful to users as a whole.

I need an un-app... While rearranging my live tiles, I decided to leave some empty space between tiles to let my background pic show through. But all I see are black squares where I thought there would be picture. So I'd like an app that just gives me a transparent tile, but doesn't respond if I tap it. I'd have to be able to have multiple pinnable instances. i.e., tile1, tile2, tile3.

I hope there are other users who'd like to have this app, too. It could help a new dev break into the WP store. ;-)

THANK YOU, Expression2! You are my hero today. Only apps I can't make transparent are OneDrive (cloud, lower left corner) and Skype (which, as we all know, lives in its own little universe). But my start screen looks pretty cool...
