Developing for Windows Phone

I'm awfully interested in developing an app for this store. And I'm not sure where to start. I've got a couple of ideas I'd like to implement.

I take it that the language is C#. And I'd would love to know where to start. Any basic tutorials or stuff.?

I just built an app in App Studio. It's not as fully featured as using Conduit for iOS and Android, but I was impressed that it covers a major portion of it. I hope they keep it as long as they keep Windows Phone!
