Device does not recognized

When i connect my lumia 830 to my laptop or my desktop pc its shows me message that the "windows does not recognise the usb device and usb device malfunction.
I have tried it on many laptop and also i had change the usb cable.
Please suggest me wht should i do.
Currenty i am not windows 10 mobile,build 10586.

Which OS are you using on your PC? Do you've a high speed connection to the internet? If so, try downloading and installing both Nokia Software Recovery tool and Windows Device Recovery tool and they'd install required drivers and you can connect your lumia to PC.

Windows 8.1 on my pc and windows 7 on laptop.
I will try what u have suggested.
I tried "windows phone app for desktop " on my pc and i got same d problem.

Thnkyou..my problem is solved.currently on wp8.1.and everything is working fine. Just let me know should i go for insider program again or should i wait for official os.
