Verizon only I believe.

The Icon itself, like all Verizon 4G LTE phones, is SIM unlocked out of the box. Which means that T-Mobile and att and straight talk etc are good to go.

Sprint is a no.

That being said research would be needed as to how well they will work with the device. I think att would get you up to hspa and T-Mobile would be 2G edge unless you are in an area where they refarmed their network.

Also issues with getting MMS to work may exist.
