Device unreachable after a while copying

I'm using win 8.1 n genuine USB cable.as soon as I copy files from mobile. It stops after some time

No failure code or something like that.
Always stops at the same time or file?
Does it stop as the lock screen kick's in?

No failure code, after 13 pictures copied.it stops.even I tried copying other files. It says unreachable.it stops a while after lock screen. I think it doesn't have to do with lock screen.does it have a mass storage option like other nokias.

Agree not screen lock related.

Are your pictures on SD or internal memory.
Can you open the pictures which you can not copy on your phone or pc.
If they are on sd get the sd out (but follow the procedure) and place the card in a card reader from your pc and try again.

Hi harrie,
I got picture on my phone.i can open my pictures and videos. But couldn't copy easily.dont know why? Hope denim fixes this.not at all stable copying stuff onto my pc
