Lumia Icon cannot be upgraded to W10 using Upgrade Advisor as Verizon/Microsoft hasn't released it officially. You'll have to enroll in Windows Insider's Release Preview ring to get the update to the Production W10 build. If you enroll in the Slow or Fast ring, you'll receive the unstable Redstone builds intended for public rollout in the next couple of months.
Yes, I now realize that I misunderstood the posts/articles about the Upgrade Advisor status being changed.
