I just bought an HTC Diamond on eBay, and I've been trying to activate for a few hours unsuccessfully with Sprint. The issue is that whenever I try to power cycle after I have changed the MDN and MSID to my own, the phone just stays off instead of restarting. Then, when I try to turn it on manually, the MDN and MSID are back to what they were before I changed them. I've tried calling Sprint, but they just referred me to a repair shop. If anyone could give me some advice, it would be much appreciated.
PS, the phone is running WM 6.5
