Did 8.1 really help with low light videos?

So good few of us are now on 8.1, and early reports from Nokia was that 8.1 would improve the low light videos, anyone seen a change?

I think there is a slight change but could just be me wishing there was

Yup I have read cyan firmware update brings new camera algorithms for lumia 1520 and icon.

I'll say both low light images and videos are slightly less noisy than pre-Cyan. However, the videos are still noisier than they should be in my opinion.
