Did anyone get Lumia cyan on their DP device?

I believe 14167 is the DP SW update prior to DP phones getting Cyan. At least, that's what it sounded like reading comments in the article I linked to.

I am running DP on my Rogers branded L920 - I just installed the latest DP update which apparently fixed the update to cyan, but I still haven't gotten it. I thought the latest update fixed that? Should I use Nokia's Recovery tool?

Yup, got Cyan on my AT&T US 920. Hopefully they'll allow more phones for DP->Cyan soon.

Cyan should be rolling out for us in the coming weeks, I'm also on Rogers with a 920 and patiently waiting for Cyan.

I suggest you to wait, you have waited for months, so you can for a couple of days

I just got the DP update (14176) like a couple of hours ago on my Lumia 920 (Unlocked, Country Variant, Pakistan) though there is no Cyan in sight yet. I'm guessing the roll out still may take weeks.

I got the DP update, but still no Cyan. Using CV L720 8.1.1 in Great Britain. Cyan CV is available here, so unsure why I can't download it. Still blocked by Microsoft?

NL520 and still no cyan, did get a different update though, im in DP too, and in The Netherlands. If that matters.
