Did anyone got Anniversary update(Mobile or PC) in India?

It has been around a month since the AU is out. But I am not able to update my laptop or phone with it. Is it available in India yet?

I did not get the AU on my laptop on 2nd & 3rd Aug and I updated my laptop through Windows 10 Update Assistant.The process went smoothly with me.

Am I the only person who got his tablet turned into a snail after the update? It's sluggish and freezes a lot now. Very unhappy
