Did WDRT incorporate the feature of clean installing W10M images for older Lumia phones?

Its been a long time, I've visited WC. The title says it all! Did MS enable the feature of clean installing W10M on bricked phones for older lumias instead of WP8.1?

Hi, I restored a Lumia 535 last week with the Windows Device Recovery Tool and it installed WP8.1.
So in answer to your question, No.
