Did you reseted your phone to fix the "Other Storage" problem?

I've saw the link above, from MS, and in some places it says that the other storage is only 'fixable' with hard reset.

It's like after the AMBER/GDR2 update, it's fixed for about week and up to
2 months (some reported that) then it goes back to "normal".

Doesn't fix it.

I've hard reset once, and that was pre-Portico.
Other than that, never. I've had to carefully manage my apps and storage, though. wpTorrent is a big offender.

After the Amber update I did a couple of Hard Resets (one to fix battery drain issues). My Other Storage (as reported by Storage Check) seldom goes above 410MB.
