Difference Between 8.1 Preview & 8.1 Official

Is there any difference between windows phone 8.1 developer preview & windows phone 8.1 official version ???

Nope. There won't be any new features (new lockscreen will be avaliable with the final release once it's out globally ) and some bug fixes with OEM firmware update that should bring new drivers for the device.

There are rumors says that current dp is the final release, and those who already have 8.1w won't get update, only cyan for Lumia users

Currently the preview for developers has a higher OS build version than the build on Lumia 635/630 so as he said ^^^

There should be some stability in final release because dev preview is struggling when changing between background apps.

Everyone will get an update when the official release is out, the official release will include Dynamic Lockscreens, Bluetooth 4.0 support and alot bugfixes and other stuff i can't really remember.
