Digital Keyboard keeps on popping up while writing in OneNote 365

I have OneNote with the latest updates and Windows 10 fully updated on my Surface Pro 4. I am having an issue when taking notes the digital keyboard keeps on popping up on my pro 4. I have the keyboard detached and makes writing notes annoying. I don't have this behavior on my Ipad Pro 12.9 (2nd Gen) with OneNote. I am using my Pro 4 as I left my ipad at home, and I am studying for a class on accounting. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to answer my own question, the only solution is to not have it in tablet mode. Kind of stupid but it works
