Disable ALL touch effects in Win 8?

I've been using touch enabled desktop apps a lot lately (where this is even more of an issue), and I've been wondering, is there any way to disable the ALL of the touch effects, as in the little faint line when you swipe, or the dot when you tap, or the square when you press and hold to right click. I know that there is a setting in Ease of Access, but that just changes them to Windows 7 style effects, like the little dot when doing normal tasks, and the hand when clicking links, so, what I'm asking is, is there any way to disable all touch effects, like on iOS or Android?
