Disable Bluetooth Voice control

I never use Bluetooth for talking, only for listening to music; my car stereo, headphones in the gym, etc. Unfortunately the voice control breaks in and interrupts the flow.

Is there anyway to completely disable voice control over Bluetooth?

When I get text messages. 8.1 allowed me to turn that service off, but I can't find it in 10. Regardless, I never use the voice control, do is rather just disable it

Unfortunately the latest build (10536) re-enabled voice controls, and the Settings option in Cortana doesn't do anything.

As in, I tap "Settings," it flashes like it recognizes the tap, and nothing happens.

So I can't disable it again.

Hopefully the next build will fix that!
