Krystianpants New member Sep 2, 2014 1,828 0 0 Mar 5, 2016 #2 press Windows Key + i That will take you to settings. Click on Personalization>Colors. Scroll down and it says to Make start, action etc transparent. Click off on that. May be some issue with your drivers. You could also see if toggling it back on fixes it. Upvote 0 Downvote
