Discharge rate

Is it possible that it's only a selected batch of 1020s are facing this battery issue? And the ones that have a very low discharge rate are actually from another batch?

My new one has alot better battery life, but when i'm using it - it drains quite quickly. I used whatsapp for about 10 min and it dropped 10%
