Discovery made, Windows 10 TP

My phone's battery had died over the night and when I plugged it to the charger this morning, I discovered something: LED Light. The LED light which is said to be present in the Lumia 730 has been confirmed as when I plugged my charger, it started blinking. After the phone had enough juice to start, the LED light stopped blinking and the "Nokia" message appeared on the screen.
