Display dimming and gets hot when playing games

please help my issue is when i play games like asphalt 8 or halo spartan wars my device gets hot on back upper right side and brightness becomes dark dimming after 15 minutes of play.
Already tried with and without xbox joypad, already changed settings in power advance battery, already performed all new firmware of November.

It is very sick that i cannot play becouse screen get dim.

For the rest my surface 2 is ok even my cover touch works and no issue with sound eccc.....only with gamesssss

Maybe it get dim if you have the Brightness on automatic,so when you accidently put your finger near the light sensor,it thinks it's dark and it lowers the light as it should.
And i think it's normal to get hot because Games such asphalt or Halo who have really good graphics require much CPU and RAM,And what phone do you have?

Tanks for your advice but i already did that, mine is not a phone it is a tablet SURFACE 2 .

I have the exact same issue, as do a few people it seems. I think its a feature to save on battery heating, but I hope its not a defective unit. I've already returned one surface.
