Display driver failed to start - Surface 3 - build 16199

Consistently when my Surface 3 hibernates, the display driver fails to start when I resume. A quick restart fixes it, but it's happening every time. I would imagine the next build would fix the issue as I haven't had serious problems persist from build to build before. But I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this.
