Display Showing In Blank Blue.

I did a reset on my lumia 640, and everything was ok until I did a restart now it shows a blank blue screen and keep restarting and go back to the blue screen. Did my phone broke?

What Ring are you on? How did you reset your device? Did anything happen during resetting? Did these blue screens occur directly after the reset or some time after?

My initial bet is to use the WDRT to re-flash your phone but more information would be helpful first.

I'm on the preview Release. Everything was ok, until I went to the settings and check for updates, said that needed a restart and "boom". My phone was working properly before the reset.

Is it rebooting constantly or does it start up and just display a blue screen? If it's starting up and just displaying a blue screen I suggest hooking your phone up to a computer and using the WDRT to restore your phone to its initial firmware and software version. This will bring it back to Windows Phone 8.1 which is a massive faff but it might be your only option.

Alternatively you can try a factory reset of the device using the hardware keys, which is possible.

Turn off the device, if possible.
Turn on the device while holding down both the power and the volume down key at the same time.
Then, in this order, press the volume up key, volume down key, power key, then the volume down key again.
Your device should reset.

Someone please let me know if this combination has changed in any way.
