Hello I’m reaching out here due to getting no where with Microsoft.
My pro 9 was working all until an update came down dated 23/08/23
As soon as this update installed I keep getting crashes.
I have sent my device back to them 3 times and each time as soon as I get to the same part of the update it just blue screens.
I have attached photos and I’m willing for any advice
