Do a service project - Should I upgrade all of the laptops to W10?

Hey guys,

I am doing a service project for a non profit in setting up about 10 laptops and shipping them to a overseas country.

All have Windows 7 except for one XP.

Should I upgrade all of the laptop's to Windows 10? Should I just stick with Windows 7? I personally have never used the new OS yet and plan to download it on the release date. I am hoping it is about the same as Windows 7 or 8.1.
