Do I have official 8.1?

​Hey guys

I got a question, I installed 8.1 preview developer months ago and got Cyan installed like a week ago, does it mean that now I have "official" version of 8.1? Or I will still get an 8.1 update when it rolls out and then it will be official.

As long as you have DP installed you will get the updates as they are released

Well I dont know, thats why I am asking. When there will be an offiicial roll out of 8.1 update will my phone see it? Or just ignore it because its official now. So basically my question is - 8.1 DP + Cyan = official 8.1? Or do I need to wait for official 8.1 rollout

Cyan and 8.1 are separate and different entities, but served together.

Keep Preview for Developers installed to get new updates before they are released to non-PD users. Cyan and WP8.1 are bundled together to be downloaded officially, but different entities. Cyan is the firmware update from Nokia, WP8.1 is the OS from Microsoft.
