I can no longer scan from my printer since downloading Windows 10

I can't scan from inside Photoshop Elements 13 after W10 update.

More information needed. Did you just install Win 10 and if so, did you do all the updates? Sounds like a driver issue. Go to the printer manufacture's website and see if there is an update for Windows 10.

I replaced my OffieJet 6510 for reasons not related to the scanning issue, with 8620. No scanning issue, so my guess is that the W10 driver for the older AIO wasn't a "full" update.
