Do I need an antivirus for my Lumia?

Yesterday, I accidentally clicked an ads banner and that banner made my phone did a phone call. So I am afraid if my Lumia safe from viruses. Please any advances. Thank you.

You don't have to worry about viruses on mobile operating systems. The way they're set up (closed off/sandbox) all applications are run separately from the operating system so viruses can't get in. It's very very difficult to get a virus or malware on your phone.
