Do I need an SD card to download apps on my nokia 635

So I purchased a nokia 6335 from At&T, but whenever I try to download apps it tells me my SD card is not found and nothing downloads. I have 4gbs of free space, and when I go into storage sense I find that all my settings are for phone, not for SD. Do I need to buy an SD card? Or can I download apps to my phone memory?

You should be able to download to your phone just fine if all apps are set to download to the phones memory. Try a soft reset by holding the volume down and power buttons simultaneously for ten seconds. If that doesn't work you may have to perform a hard reset as a last resort.

You should be able to install and use the phone without a card.

Check storage sense, make sure it's not set to a nonexistent card
