Do In-App Credits in Halo: Spartan Assault Transfer Over from WP to Windows 8 RT?

I've heard that saved game progress transfers over whether you are playing Halo: Spartan Assault on your Windows Phone or Windows 8/RT device. What about in-app purchases? If I spend the remaining balance of my Lumia 928 $25 gift credit on in-app credits for Halo: Spartan Assault on Windows Phone, if I boot up my Surface RT, will I have those credits there to spend?

I am not 100% sure but if it is tied to your microsoft account it could transfer. I would contact microsoft and see if it does

Avoid in app purchases by playing Halo 4 on xbox 360 - I haven't had to purchase anything yet as all the weapons are unlocked due to my achievements on the Xbox game.
