I can't seem to get a straight answer but some people are saying BitLocker is built into WP 8.1. Is encryption built into Windows Phones?

At this time, Bitlocker can only be enabled via Exchange ActiveSync (if using corporate e-mail) or mobile device management (MDM) which is also done from a corporate network.

I don't think its possible using 365.

By default, the contents are not encrypted.
However enterprises can enable it since they have the tools.

It's still hard to get to the insides though, encryption or no. But still, I kinda wish we had the option.

Some time ago I read a post where someone said it is possible to enable it with 365, but I don't remember the process at all, you should look around the forum for that.

You have to have the office 365 business edition, I only have home edition. I never got my 1TB free space though.
