Documents size in storage sense

My storage sense is saying that I have about 500 MB of documents but I don't have any documents ... What to do... How to clear it... Deleting temporary files do not reduce the size of documents...

Plug your phone to a computer using a USB data cable. Use Windows Explorer to go to the phone's subfolders and micro SD card's (if the phone has any) subfolders. Look for folder named Documents. If there is no file, try deleting Document folder and creating it again. After that if storage sense still says there documents, then it's beyond my understanding.
